Dr. Scott Baker, OD is an experienced Phoenix eye doctor and optometrist serving Glendale, Goodyear, Tolleson, Litchfield Park, Sun City, Peoria, Surprise. Dr Baker was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, in 2005. He earned his doctorate in optometry in 2009 at The Ohio State University School of Optometry. He served two externships: the first externship was served at the Tucson VA in 2008 and the second externship at Commonwealth Eye Surgery, located in Lexington Kentucky in 2009. After practicing in Ohio for five years, Dr. Baker moved to Arizona in 2014, where he has lived and grown a practice in the West Valley.
